If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for refund within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Customers must have an authorization from Flanella about their return. It is necessary fill in following return form (download it here) where explain order number and the reason of return and e-mail us to email@example.com, once we will received it, we will provide to send you a return authorization. We need to inform you that we can’t exchange size or product, if you need to change size or item you must place a new order.
Customers must use their carrier of choice that can give you a ‘Certificate of Postage’ and tracking number as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility. Return expenses and any other eventual import duties shall be borne by the customer
Please note that all returned items must be unworn. unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned non-reselable conditions, won’t be eligible for refund, and we will need to send it back to you.
If returning footwear, please use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box. It is part of the product, so any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused. Once the item(s) has been received, we will process a refund and customers will receive a confirmation.
FLANELLA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
