FLANELLA.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of UNDICI D s.r.l.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If for any reason the client is not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for refund within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Customers must have an authorization from Flanella about their return. It is then necessary to fill in following return form (download it here), where stating the order number and explaining the reason for the return. Send thereafter the return form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, Flanella will provide a return authorization. If the customer wants to change size or item he/she must place a new order.
Customers must use a carrier of choice that can provide a ‘Certificate of Postage’ and a tracking number. Until the parcel reaches Flanella, the return is entirely the customer’s responsibility. Return expenses and any other eventual import duties shall be held by the customer.
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and/or packaging. Returned items that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer.
If returning footwear, please use an external parcel to protect the shoe box, that is part of the product. Any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused. Once the item(s) has been received, Flanella will process a refund and customers will receive a confirmation.
FLANELLA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If, for any reason, the client is not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, store credit or refund, within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as external parcel for the shipment.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community.
Customers must have an authorization from Flanella about their return and must e-mail to email@example.com with details of the order number and the reason of the return. Flanella then provides the return document, that must be included in the return shipment.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. FLANELLA.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by FLANELLA.COM.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10/12 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
